Asian Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2010
This was excellent. I did not use any oil and it turned out perfect. Served with mashed potatoes and steamed green beans!

Artichoke Spinach Lasagna

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2010
This was excellent! My boyfriend who doesn't like leftovers wants to eat this again tomorrow night! I used about 20 oz of artichokes and only half a can of vegetable broth and it was the perfect consistency. Thanks for the recipe!

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2010
I skipped the mayo and baked instead of grilled and I have to say this is the best baked chicken I have ever made! I am so impressed because it was so easy and the ingredients are so simple but it was excellent!

Chicken Pot Pie Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2010
This was pretty good. I used a condensed can of cream of chicken with herbs and then added black pepper and sage. This was pretty good but def needed seasoning. It was better the next day.

BBQ Chicken Pizza

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2010
AMAZING! I boiled 2 chicken breasts with garlic cloves, salt, and water and then chopped it before I put it on top of the pizza. I can't believe how good this was because I normally don't like BBQ Chicken Pizza. I made this on a week night and will be making it again soon!

This was great. I loved the addition of the ginger and garam masala. I baked the pork chops this time but next time I will try grilling!

Cajun Shrimp Orecchiette

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2010
I was expecting a lightly sauced pasta dish but I ended up having to eat this with a spoon as a soup. I normally love dishes with these ingredients but I had it for leftovers today and it wasn't good. Sorry. Thanks anyways.

Sausage Cheeseburger Pizza

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2010
This was really good! I had this pizza when I was younger and I loved it but I had no idea how to make it. I sauteed the onions with the sausage and then instead of using mozzarella cheese I used all cheddar. Thanks for the recipe!

This was pretty good but I used sauteed onions, a whole pound of meat and then doubled the amount of spices. Served with lentils. Thanks for the recipe.

Greek Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2010
This was WONDERFUL! I doubled the chicken broth but besides that I made as is and wouldn't change a thing. I had to bake a little longer and at 375 because my oven always requires a longer cooking time. Can't wait to have the leftovers for lunch!

Ham Stir Fry with Couscous

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2010
I made this exactly as the recipe calls for and it was just ok. I had to add salt, pepper, garlic powder and ground red pepper to give it more flavor as it was too bland without it. Sorry but I will not be making this again.

Spinach and Potato Frittata

Reviewed: Feb. 7, 2010
This was great! I only used about 3 red potatoes and added garlic powder, onion powder and diced tomatoes. I used another reviewer's advice and heated on the stove and oven and it was perfect! Next time I will add a little more salt but besides that it was wonderful!

Hawaiian Chicken I

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2010
I was actually surprised how bland this was considering I marinated the chicken in a marinade that gets rave reviews, added red and black pepper and even a little garlic powder. I served this over rice with an eggroll and the eggroll was the best part. Sorry but I will not be making this again!

Smoked Cheese Ravioli

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2010
This was edible but nothing more! The cheese didn't melt correctly and it was very bland even after I added pepper and garlic. Sorry, but I will not be making this again.

Farmer's Market Vegetarian Quesadillas

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2010
My BF and I loved these! I sauteed yellow onions with some garlic then added sliced zucchini, yellow squash and mushrooms. I seasoned the veggies with salt, pepper and italian seasoning. I low broiled the tortillas in the oven, about 4 minutes per side, instead of heating them in the pan. I had the leftovers for lunch and they were even better. I liked mine with some salsa and my BF liked his with sour cream. I will def be making these again!
