Simple Turkey Chili

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2009
This was pretty good! Changes: I used beef broth instead of water. I also added a can of black beans. I didn't mash any beans and I liked the way it came out!!! Next time I would rather use two cans of rotel instead of the crushed tomatoes. Thanks for an easy, quick, weeknight meal!

Chicken Tikka Masala

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2009
I have been wanting to make an Indian dish for a long time! I made this last night and it was amazing!! My BF and I loved it. I added 1 tsp. of garam masala in place of the cinnamon and I added 1 tsp. to the sauce as well. I served the chicken over basmati rice and I bought lentils and naan from a local Indian restaurant and it was perfect! Thank you for this recipe!

Baked Potato Pizza

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2009
My BF and I were skeptical about this but it was surprisingly very good! I tripled the seasoning and added garlic salt and garlic pepper. I also followed others' advice and used 1/2 C of sour cream and 1/2 C of ranch! Thanks for the recipe!

Chicken Parmigiana

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2009
This was delicious! I used butter instead of egg and Italian bread crumbs. My BF would have liked the chicken breading to be crispier so next time I might broil it the last few minutes. And yes there will def be a next time! Thanks!

I had my doubts about meatloaf but this was sooooo good! The only changes I made was to use italian bread crumbs and tomatoes with basil, oregano and garlic. Thank you so much for this recipe!

Groovie Smoothie

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2009
This was just ok. My boyfriend and I didn't really like the consistency. The yogurt makes it very thick and the yogurt taste (low fat vanilla) was all I really tasted!

Mushroom Blue Cheese Turkey Burgers

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2009
This was the best turkey burger I have ever had! I put the blue cheese on top of the burger as the recipe calls for but next time I will use another type of cheese. The blue cheese was way too strong and it took away the rest of the flavor.

This was not good at all! I marinated the pork chops for about 30 minutes and they were just bland. Sorry.

This was delicious! I halved the recipe and had to use tilapia (all I had) but it didn't matter. I baked this at 400 for 20 minutes and it came out perfectly! I will def be making this one again!

Penne Pasta with Spinach and Bacon

Reviewed: Dec. 3, 2008
This was a great, easy weeknight meal! I already had some cooked chicken so I added that to the pasta instead of the bacon and it was delicious! I took other reviewer's suggestions and sauteed the spinach with the garlic and it was perfect that way!

Pizza Pinwheels

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2008
I used the garlic crescent roll and put the pizza sauce on the dough before I added the toppings. The taste was great but it was very MESSY cutting the slices before. I tried cooking them as calzones instead of cutting the slices and it was a lot easier and tasted just as good.

I make this dip ALL the time. I add a can of diced jalapenos instead of green onions. Also if you like heat, use the HOT taco seasoning mix!
