Groovie Smoothie

This was just ok. My boyfriend and I didn't really like the consistency. The yogurt makes it very thick and the yogurt taste (low fat vanilla) was all I really tasted!

Mushroom Blue Cheese Turkey Burgers

This was the best turkey burger I have ever had! I put the blue cheese on top of the burger as the recipe calls for but next time I will use another type of cheese. The blue cheese was way too strong and it took away the rest of the flavor.

Italian Sausage Soup

This was delicious! My boyfriend and I loved it! I am so happy that I tried this. I did take some other reviewers suggestions and added one can of corn (drained) and 8 oz of cheese tortellini! I will be making this again and again!!

Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

This was delicious! I halved the recipe and had to use tilapia (all I had) but it didn't matter. I baked this at 400 for 20 minutes and it came out perfectly! I will def be making this one again!

Penne Pasta with Spinach and Bacon

This was a great, easy weeknight meal! I already had some cooked chicken so I added that to the pasta instead of the bacon and it was delicious! I took other reviewer's suggestions and sauteed the spinach with the garlic and it was perfect that way!

Pizza Pinwheels

I used the garlic crescent roll and put the pizza sauce on the dough before I added the toppings. The taste was great but it was very MESSY cutting the slices before. I tried cooking them as calzones instead of cutting the slices and it was a lot easier and tasted just as good.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

I just made this last night for a Halloween party and everyone loved it!!! I mixed everything together (1 C instead of 3/4 C of hot sauce) and even used the canned chicken and it was delicious!

Yummy Taco Salad Dip

I make this dip ALL the time. I add a can of diced jalapenos instead of green onions. Also if you like heat, use the HOT taco seasoning mix!

Salsa Chicken

This was the best and juiciest chicken I have ever made! I was skeptical bc of the lack of ingredients but it was delicious. The only thing I did differently was that I lined a casserole dish with aluminum foil and then put one can of black beans (drained and rinsed) before putting the chicken on top. Thanks so much for the recipe!

Chicken Garlic Pizza

Black Bean and Salsa Soup

This soup was just ok. I only added a cup of vegetable broth and that was plenty. The second night I ate the soup it was better but still just 3 stars. Thanks for the recipe though.
