Fried Mac and Cheese Balls

Fluffy Potato Casserole

This was excellent! I followed another reviewer's advice and doubled everything except the cream cheese, onions and eggs. I used green onions and added a cup of cheddar cheese to the mashed potato mixture before topping it with the friend onions. Can't wait to make this for a special holiday and impress my family!

Maple-Garlic Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Richard and Suzanne's Louisiana Crawfish Pasta

This is my husband's favorite dish that I make. I only use 1 pint of heavy cream and I add extra Tony Cachere's seasoning. I also add sliced link sausage and shrimp. Can't wait until its crawfish season again!

Grilled Pork with Hot Mustard

This was incredibly good and so easy to make considering the limited amount of ingredients used. I accidentally added the sesame seeds to the mustard sauce instead of sprinkling them on the pork but it didn't matter. Also, only marinated for an hour and it was still very juicy and flavorful. Can't wait to have the leftovers tonight!

Slow Cooker Taco Soup

This was great and super easy! I used turkey meat and browned it with the taco seasoning. I used a 28 oz can of stewed tomatoes which i chopped and then i added 1 can of Rotel instead of the green chilis. I didn't use any water and the consistency was perfect. Also added additional seasonings like cumin and chili powder. Served with fritos and cheese.

Creamy Pesto Chicken and Bow Ties

This was really good and very easy. I took the advice of others and added mushrooms. I topped the dish with a can of garlic and onion flavored diced tomatoes. Served with garlic bread!

Salisbury Steak

This was just ok. I added the extra can of mushroom soup as suggested. The consistency of the meat was great and the sauce has a nice taste but I'm rating it a 4 because it wasn't spectacular.

Meat Loaf Pie

This was really good! I doubled the ketchup and worchestire sauce as another reviewer suggested. This recipe made enough meat for two pies so I froze half of the meat for another meal. Really good as leftovers also!

Christmas Breakfast Sausage Casserole

I made this for my family for Christmas morning and it was soooo good! I took a lot of reviewers' suggestions - did not use the mustard powder, used 6 eggs, 1 C of milk and 1/2 C of half and half, and added green onions. This may be a new tradition!

Libby's® Pumpkin Roll with Cream Cheese Filling

Sooooo good! I used pumpkin pie spice instead of ground cloves and no walnuts. I also used wax paper instead of the towel and it worked out well. I will be making this again as it was very impressive and not too painful!
