Feta Cheese Turkey Burgers
Easy and Delicius... I bought a mix of various types of pitted olives from my grocery store olive bar including some hot ones. Used italian seasoning in place of only oregano and added garlic powder. YUMMY. Served on toasted hero rolls with mesculin mix and tomato. I did not have any problems with the burgers staying together. Grilled for about 5 minutes per side. I rated it a 4 of 5. My husband gives it a 3.5 out of 5. I needed a side dish...should have made sweet potato fries.

Black-Eyed Pea Gumbo
Very good...used 1 can of onion pepper diced tomatoes and 1 can tomatoes with zesty jalepenos and substituted vegetarian broth for chiken broth. I couldn't find black eyed peas in a can -- bought frozen instead. To my husband's dish, I added mexican sausage browned in some oil. My veggie version was good and he found his sausage version quite yummy too. Very filling.
