Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2009
I loved the idea and mine were pretty good. I used Devils Food cake and my favorite cookie recipe. I froze my cookie dough balls for 7 hrs. but they didn't feel that firm. So, as I expected, the cookie dough wasn't very doughy. It pretty much cooked in the cupcake. I topped them with store bought cream cheese icing. Still very yummy!! I will make again!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2010
yummy! I did double the sauce and used half white sugar and half brown sugar. I seasoned the chicken thighs with a little pepper and garlic powder. I poured the sauce over the chicken, cooked 30 min, flipped and cooked another 20 min, then took the foil off and cooked about 10 min to give it some color. Loved it!! Family Loved it! Served over brown rice. Fast and yummy!

Sunshine Chicken

I thought this was really good. I cooked this on the grill and marinated as I grilled. I thought it was really good and will use again! Next time I will marinate in the sauce for a little while first so hopefully the flavor will be a little stronger. Thanks!!

Home-Made Cream of Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Mar. 4, 2012
Well I found myself out of the can of cream of chicken so I decided to make it myself. It was very simple but very bland. I did add a good amount of salt, pepper, garlic and some salt free season all type stuff. I would say this is a great base but if you want flavor be prepared to add lots of it your self. I did do the 1/2 milk 1/2 chicken broth, actually maybe if I didn't use the low sodium broth it may have helped. Thanks for the recipe!! It saved me from a trip to the store!

Baked Oatmeal II

Reviewed: May 27, 2012
Love it! Made a few changes - use 1/2 C brown sugar, soy milk instead of milk and applesauce to replace the butter. I also use closer to a cup of dried cranberries, raisins & dried pomegranate - or whatever I have at the time. It is really good with the different flavors in each bite.

Cheddar Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2014
This chicken was yummier than I expected! I didn't use any crispy rice cereal b/c I didn't have any. I used panko Italian bread crumbs and I did add my seasoning to the chicken, not the flour. I sliced my chicken breast into two so my chicken breast were thinner and I decided to roll my breast after I coated them in everything. I baked in my toaster oven on 300 for 40 mins. Then for another 10 mins, b/c some of the thicker pieces looked a little pink. I also did melt a little bit of butter in the baking dish and added some cut onion, then put the chicken on top. I also had extra bread crumb cheese mix so I just put it on top. Only thing I think I may change next time is to make thinner slices of breast and season a little bit more.
