I had a box of white cake mix, a can of crushed pineapple and a sweet tooth. This recipe really hit the spot! I didn't use any water in the cake mix, just used the pineapple juice and added sour cream until I had the correct amount of liquid. My iron skillet wasn't big enough and I didn't have an 11x13 pan so I used an 8x11 pan. I baked it for 35 minutes at 350 and another 20 minutes at 325. I will definitely try using the iron skillet next time and just make some little pineapple-ly cupcakes.
