World's Best Lasagna

Yummy! Yes it is a little work but it is SO worth it. Everyone that I have made it for loves it and wants the recipe. The only thing I have ever tried differently with this is recipe is I have used cottage cheese instead of ricotta (to cut some of the cost) and another time I forgot to get fresh parsley so I used dried parsley. Each time it was wonderful to the taste buds. You end up with a lot of sauce so I make one 9x13 pan and one 8x8 pan, which is great for left overs. Thanks for the recipe, it has been used more often than I can remember in our household! :-)

Quick and Almost-Professional Buttercream Icing

Love this recipe b/c it is quick, easy, and tastes great! I ended up only using 1 tsp of vanilla (for a yield of 2 1/2 cups) instead of 1 1/2 and it was still fluffy and wonderful to use for piping. I used it for my daughter's two tier 1st birthday cake and our guests loved it as well. :-)

Hudson's Baked Tilapia with Dill Sauce

My husband loves dill and requests this recipe often. The sauce in this recipe actually gets used in other dishes, it's that good. I have had to substitute lemon with lime and we have actually even used dried dill and it tastes almost just as good as fresh dill (just use a lot more).

Herbed Sweet 'n' Sour Chicken

My husband and I enjoy this recipe so much that I have made it more times than I can remember. The only thing I do differently is use chicken tenders, scored in a smaller baking dish (8x8) so the sauce covers more of the chicken while baking.

Slow Cooker Chili II

I love this recipe! I have made it twice now and the only thing I did different was add more of the veggies and used a little cheyenne pepper to give it more of kick (but not too much). I ended up making it with pinto beans the second time around instead of kidney beans (I live in CO and during the blizzards the grocery stores were a little low on items) and it tasted great once again.
