Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

This was so easy and so delicious. It wasn't nearly as spicy as I thought it would be which was great for the people who prefer "mild" hot sauce. If you want it spicier just add some red hot right onto the sandwhich. I made it last weekend and everyone loved it so much I am making it again except this time I will double it!

Toasted Pumpkin Seeds with Sugar and Spice

This is excellent with a couple modifications. I read previous reviews and noticed many said it was too sweet. I used 2 TB of sugar and doubled the amount of pumpkin pie spice for the dry mix. Also, instead of adding all that sugar with the seeds and oil I only sprinkled about 3/4 tsp of sugar over the seeds and also a little salt.

Extreme Crepes

Very good recipe. My son made it for a school project. It was very easy, did not stick to the pan at all. I agree with other reviewers that it is not a traditional crepe, however it made for an awesome dessert. I would not, however use this recipe for a main dish, it is much too sweet for that.

Absolutely the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

I thought these were just okay. I made them exactly to the recipe without any alterations. I'm not sure if its the fact they're made with shortning instead of butter or if it was the milk chocolate chips. I will stick to my tried and true recipe with butter and semi-sweet chips.

German Spaetzle Dumplings

Spanish Potato Salad

This was very good. Similar to my mom's German Potato salad. I left out the black olives but I will try them next time. I'm thinking kalamata would be best.

Strawberry Onion Salad

Excellent. I brought this to a picnic yesterday and there wasn't a crumb left. I like a little crunch in my salad, so I added toasted almond slivers. Yumm!

Baked Mashed Potatoes

I made these yesterday for a family gathering and absolutly everyone loved them. I made them the day before and simply through them in the oven an hour before dinner. Great recipe I will use again and again.

Feta Cheese Turkey Burgers

Caramel Apple Pork Chops

Very good and very easy. I added some dried apricot and cranberry bits to the sauce. The sauce could use more liquid, perhaps the apples I used were not juicy enough. I will definetly make this again.

Banana Oatmeal Cookies II

Very good cookie. I'm glad they don't flatten as others have said, it makes it taste more like banana bread. I left out the cloves and added chocolate chips to half the batter for the chocolate lovers in our house.

Beef Tenderloin With Roasted Shallots

I made this for my husbands birthday party. What a hit! I almost didn't have enough. I did put more beef broth in the sauce because it was a little sweet for my taste. Otherwise, it was perfect.
