Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2013
So simple to make. Found it a little salty but next time I will make adjustment accordingly...and there will be a next time.

Kristen's Parmesan Roasted Potatoes

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2013
These were great! I used a 2 lb bag of mixed mini potatoes, sliced them and roasted them. So easy and so wonderful. Personal taste: used rubbed rosemary, garlic and some Italian seasoning.

Funnel Cakes IV

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2013
So yummy. My husband used to go to East Side Marios just for funnel cakes and mine are cheaper and better at home with this recipe.

Zeppole

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2013
Followed the suggestions of others and did the following for a 1/2 batch: no salt, 2 1/2 tsp sugar, 1 1/2 tsp vanilla and I didn't cook the batter. They were GREAT!

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Very moist banana bread and full of flavour. Followed the advice of other reviewers and used lemon juice, baking powder AND baking soda. I mashed 1 cup of bananas. Kids loved it!

Curried Cauliflower

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2013
Interesting dish. Following the reviews of others I added 2 TBSP of curry powder, a dash of cayenne and used Panko instead of crackers.

Brie Cheese Appetizer

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2013
Great method. I opted for a hot red pepper jelly but followed the instructions. This turned out great. I used a large wheel of brie and the entire package of puff pastry. Fantastic way to do it!

Grilled Bacon Jalapeno Wraps

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2013
Yummy! I baked mine at 450 for 15-20 mintues. I added grated cheddar cheese, garlic powder and Worchestershire sauce to the cream cheese. Chilled them for at least 2 hours before baking. Will make these again...and again. Update: made these again already for company and they were gone in minutes! Do yourself a favour and make these.

Wednesday Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2013
* I did not make the frosting, opting for a can of buttercream instead * My hubby loved these cookies. I thought it needed a touch more cooking time but were an interesting cookie to say the least. Almost cake like. Needed to add 1/4 cup extra flour and the dough was still hard to work with. Sprayed my hands with Pam before rolling into balls.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies III

Didn't do the filling. My 3 year old LOVES peanut butter and LOVED these. Very chewy. If the kids like them then they are a winner in my books.

Irish Cream Bundt Cake

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2012
Saw it, made it and love it! This is fantastic although my personal opinion is that it does not need the nuts. I made it with a few and it would have been overkill with the amount it called for. Again, that is just personal opinion.

Not bad at all. Stuffed in some precooked bacon too because you can never have enough bacon.
