Spinach and Tortellini Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2008
Great, easy recipe. Took the advice of others and added salami. Delicious for a hot summer day. Definitely will make this again. Nice alternative to the regular salads I usually make.

Cold Tuna Macaroni Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2008
This is a very good recipe. I gave it 4 stars because I made the following changes: I did not include the Italian dressing and instead used sweet relish and I also do not include the tomatoes until we're ready to eat it (or they get soggy if they sit for too long in the mixture), and I also use two cans of tuna instead of one. Add a little olive oil to the pasta after it's cooked/rinsed/drained. Keeps it moist. Very good recipe!!

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2007
Very good and easy recipe. I took some others suggestions and modified it a bit. I added 1 can cream of celery and 1 can cream of mushroom and instead of water I added 1 can beef broth. Cooked meat for 4 hours (with onions) then added carrots celery, garlic powder and pepper and cooked for another 5 hours. Best pot roast I've ever made.

This recipe is one of my regulars! It is delicious. I eliminated the croutons though. I top it w/cheddar cheese and some breadcrumbs. Soooo good!

Spring Biscotti

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2007
First time I have ever made biscotti and what a great recipe! I ommitted the cranberry, used about 4 oz of white choc chips and when done drizzled them with regular melted chocolate chips. Delicious!

Key Lime Pie IX

This is a great recipe! I did cut back the lime juice to 1/3 cup. A friend of mine thought I bought this at a bakery!

Chocolate Eclair Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2006
Absolutely delicious! Take the time to make the topping. I needed to cook on the stove longer than the recipe called for to be sure it was thick enough. Great recipe!

Strawberry Torte

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2006
This was fantastic. Well worth the work. I used fresh strawberries and mashed them (for the topping). Also used another person's suggestion of adding some mashed strawberries into the whipped cream filling. I also layered the lady fingers. It really tastes like something you would buy at a bakery.

Awesome Broccoli-Cheese Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2006
This recipe is a favorite and I make it frequently. One thing I also do is after combining everything, mixing it and pouring it into the baking dish, I also sprinkle the top with a little more cheese, add a light layer of breadcrumbs, the sprinkle the paprika on top. Delicious!!
