Holiday Shrimp Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2011
I made this last night for a New Year's Eve party and it was a hit. Some people didn't realize it was shrimp. I liked it a lot and will make again.

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

Reviewed: Dec. 27, 2010
I made this tonight for dinner. My husband even ate it, and he doesn't like red chili. I omitted the jalapeno peppers and used 2 cans of chopped chiles instead. I did mash up one of the cans of beans for texture.

Sunflower Broccoli Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2010
Easy to make fresh salad. Usually have everything I need on the shelf so it is great when you need something quick. I like the sweetness of the dressing with the saltiness of the sunflower seeds.

Easy Bacon and Cheese Quiche

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2010
I made this this morning but substituted ham instead of bacon and added broccoli. It made so much that I put it in two shells for double the deliciousness. Very easy recipe to use as a base and substitute ingredients.

Honeyed Pork Chops

I made this last night and served with Japanese-Style Sesame Green Beans found on here--great combo! I used butterflied pork chops which didn't take as long to cook. I took some of the sauce and poured it over rice when I served it.

Japanese-Style Sesame Green Beans

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2010
I made this last night and served with Honeyed Pork Chops found on here also--great combo! These were tasty and quick and easy to make. I threw my sesame seeds in with the beans as I was cooking them and got them toasted that way. Thanks for a tasty side dish!

Best Ever Popcorn Balls

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2010
This is my first attempt at making popcorn balls. I tried very hard to keep the uncooked kernels out but some did make it into the finished product. The worst thing was almost burning my fingers trying to form the balls. Not something to do with children! They did taste good though.

Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2010
A quick and easy chicken dish. I make this often because I usuallly don't have a lot of time to cook. I also do as others have stated and add a little spaghetti sauce to the bottom of an oven-proof dish and place the cooked chicken on top of the sauce, and add some mozzarella cheese to melt on top in the oven--delicious!

Easy Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2010
I just made this tonight for dinner. This is so easy and really tasty. I didn't use as much milk as it called for because I was worried about the sauce being too runny.

I just made this today for the second time. This is a great all-around dressing. It keeps forever in the fridge too, just shake it up and serve. I cut the recipe down to 15 and it made just under 2 cups. Enjoy!!

Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs

This is one of my favorite kabob recipes. The longer you marinate the better it is. I also add green pepper and cherry tomatoes to the skewers and serve with rice. Just delicious!!
