Thanks to everyone for their reviews, it helps to understand the recipes better. Sticky chicken, cinnamon rolls, stuffed pork chops and if I ever get the hang of it...BREAD! Burying Thanksgiving turkeys, emergency take out, empty fridges. Getting good enough that people ask me for my recipes! Understanding what I am doing enough to modify it and it come out better than the recipe. Finally feeling confident in the kitchen. Tripling a recipe for the sauce for mongolian beef, but multiplying the soy sauce times SIX. egads! Unable to be salvaged. Twice trying to make bread and ending up with a gloppy, unrisen, frightening mess.
