Chicken Noodle Casserole I
this was incredibly easy and delicious. i added a few more seasonings (garlic powder, italian seasoning and montreal chicken seasoning), increased the amount of noodles and decreased the amount of butter to 4 tablespoons, and it was just wonderful. my fiance and brother ate half the pan! very saucy and a hearty meal with rolls. i will definitely put this into our dinner routine!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
i made this bread for a fund raiser bake sale and it made 7 mini loaves that all sold for $4 a loaf! this bread is wonderful, it makes your whole house smell so good and is definitely better the next day! delicious, moist and flavorful were words described at the bake sale. no changes are needed, its simply fantastic!!

Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken II
i started this early in the morning, used frozen chicken breasts, made a marinade of about 2 tablespoons lemon pepper, 1/2 cup of chicken broth, 1/4 cup lemon juice and 1/2 cup of water, chopped four garlic cloves and put it on the crock pot about 11:00. by 6:00 that evening, the house smelled wonderful and the chicken was falling apart! i know i didnt follow the recipe exactly, but it was so incredibly easy and delicious. my fiance said "we have to have this again!" served with white rice and green beans, the sauce in the crockpot was delicious. definitely a keeper!
