Delicious and easy! I barely had to lift a finger, my four year old and two year old did all the work. :o) My tips- use kitchen shears to snip the biscuits, (the four year old's job!) it's much faster than a knife. If you don't have kitchen shears, use a pizza cutter on a flat counter. Zip, zip, zip. I also partialy froze a block of neufchatel (low fat cream cheese) for about 15 minutes (makes it easier for chopping with a sharp knife, less gooey mess) and chopped it into little cubes and sprinkled them into the pan after laying out each layer of buscuits (the two year old's job!) Yummy Sunday morning treat. :o)
