I have made many chicken recipes, but this one was the best! It is hard to believe that with a few spices, butter (or margarine) and a stalk of celery, the chicken would turn out so juicy! We devoured the whole thing! I will definitely be making this again!

Elegant Chicken Lasagna With White Sauce

This was yummy! I mixed the chicken in with the cheese blend to make it easier. I also fried the bell pepper and onions first. I chopped up the olives and added more of them as well. I also used ricotta instead of the cottage cheese (not a cottage cheese lover). This was a heart attack on wheels but what a way to go! Very yummy.

Linda's Lasagna

I have always had a "tried and true" recipe for lasagne, but was always on the lookout for one that would beat it out of the park, and I have found it in this one. It is absolutely delicious and easy to make. My family all agree that this version is way better than the one I was using. I am using this recipe from now on! Thank you for posting this recipe!
