Zucchini-Chocolate Chip Muffins

Excellent recipe! I did make few changes, less sugar, some applesauce for oil and less chocolate chips but the basic recipe is really good!!!

Wonderful! So very good!!! My husband who is not fond of cauliflower loved it. We finished a huge head of it. Though, I accidentally left out the Parm cheese and parsley and it came out wonderful as it is.

Chicken Stir-Fry

It was easy to make but lacking flavor. I will use the starch/marinating method for other recipes since the chicken came out very tender and juicy but the flavor was very very mild.

Easy Morning Glory Muffins

Great recipe! I made substitutions similar to other readers, apple sauce, half white, half whole wheat flour. Thank you for the recipe, definitely a keeper!! On the second round of making this, I substitute all of the oil for applesauce and it came out WONDERFUL! No one in my house can stay away from them!

Italian Wedding Soup I
