Slow Cooker Chicken Marrakesh
This was an easy to make, very tasty, one-pot meal and my 'meat and potatoes' guys loved it..I didn't have fresh sweet potatoes, so I used canned, draining the syrup off first; no garbanzo beans, but we found great northern worked well..I added a pinch of ground red pepper for zing and it worked perfectly. I just made it this evening, in fact, we just left the table 20 mins ago! Very good recipe! Thank you for sharing!

Turkey in a Bag
This is the way I've made my turkey for years! It is absolutely the only way to go!! It's easy, cooks evenly and faster and clean-up is simple!! The first year I used a bag, (i was 18), I forgot the flour...it will blow up the bag without it! :) I add celery, carrots, onion or whatever I use that year; apple, pear, cranberries etc. salt, pepper or whatever you like and in a few hours have a beautifully browned turkey! Happy Thanksgiving!!

Pumpkin Bread I
This was the best pumpkin bread recipe I have ever baked!! I baked up two loaves to have as dessert for our annual Oktoberfest. It went so fast and so many asked for the recipe, that I made 4 batches, 8 loaves, to give away at Christmas! A big hit! And the real beauty, I didn't change a thing!
