Restaurant-Style Prime Rib Roast

This prime rib flavor was delicious. I would recommend cutting the cooking time down to 3 hrs tops, i cooked mine for 3:45 and it was cooked all the way through. I also cut slits in the prime rib and put in chunks of garlic before covering with the flour mixture. How I made the au jus, was I bought 3 cans of campbells au jus and pour over the prime rib was cooking it, half a can at a time. Place the first can on the bottom of the pan. Family raved about the flavor and the au jus.

Manhattan Style Clam Chowder

The reason I give this a four is that I made alot of changes. I didn't add peppers, carrots, worchester or hot sauce. Made the stock from the juice or freshly steamed quahogs. I added 2 bay leaves and 2 large onions. The crushed tomatoes definitely make this chowder very tasty. I also added a large can of tomato soup.

Bandito Chicken Wings

This were wonderful fall off the bone good. I did change the recipe by also adding 1/4 hot wing sauce, 2 tablespoons honey, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 2 tablespoons hot mustard, 2 tablespoons of blackberry jam. I also taco seasoning mix instead of taco sauce. I baked on 350 for 30 minutes before turning over in the sauce and baking for an additional 30 minutes. Best wings I've ever had.

Roasted Vegetable Lasagna

Kelsey's Cheesy Bacon Breasts

very good. can also be made by adding some chopped scallions and tomatoes. Also recommend putting sliced cheese at the last 10 minutes. If no bacon this can also be made with canadian ham slices. I would also recommend seasoning the chicken breast slightly before cooking in olive oil.

Impressed Myself Chicken

Made this recipe the other night for dinner guest, everybody loved it. the only thing I changed is I made cornbread stuffing and sauteed 1/4 cup each of red onion and green pepper to add to stuffing. Would definitely make again, next time with wild rice stuffing.

Quesadillas I

Great recipe always a hit with the kids. This can also be made on a grill while camping. Chopped up red onions, green peppers, black olives and tomatoes so everyone can add what they like. Used mexican cheese blend. Also added grilled chicken to make a complete meal.
