One Bowl Chocolate Cake III

Awesome chocolate cake! The only changes I made was I used boiling coffee instead of water and I used a 9X13 pan. Instead of greasing and flouring the pan, I greased and sugered the pan. Gives it a nice sweet outside.

Beef Barley Vegetable Soup

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

This was good but...I would add the 1/2 cup (or more) of milk or cream like others suggested. I would also add another 8 ounce pkg. of colby-jack cheese. It just wasn't cheesy enough for us. (we're from WI) It was good, but could be better.

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic

I made this for Christmas dinner and it was a hit. My husband HATES sweet potatoes but loves this. My mom HATES sweet potates but loves this. My friend HATES sweet potatoes but loves this! For all of you people who HATE sweet potatoes, try this, its wonderful!

Molasses Sugar Cookies

The best molasses cookies ever! I only made one simple change, and that was instead of greasing the cookie sheet I used parchment paper. Works great and clean up is easy! Also, BAKE ONLY 8-10 MINUTES!!! Very important for soft cookies!

Chocolate Chip Orange Zucchini Bread

Very good!! My husband said it was the best zucchini bread he ever had! I did make some changes: I used chocolate/caramel swirl chips,& chopped pecans (thats all I had on hand). I also sprayed the pan and dusted it with sugar. Thank you for the recipe!
