After 40 minutes I went to take my brownies out of the oven, they didn't look no where near done. So, I cooked them 15-20 minutes longer. Still looked undercooked to me. But I could tell that they were starting to get over cooked on the edges. So, I sat the brownies on my counter top for two hours. I went back to it and tried a piece, still seemed doughy like to me and undercooked. Confused I placed it in the fridge. The next afternoon I pulled them out of the fridge and WOW! I had over cooked them, because the edges where hard. These are so much better the next day. I suggest that everyone place these in the fridge over night before eating them. Next time I won't cook them so long. Thanks for the great recipe.
