Slow Cooker Carnitas
The taste of cinnamon really shines thru and is awesome...could use some spice though..maybe cayanne pepper or chili powder?

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna
The cooked chicken needs flavor of its own to bring to the dish.. some spices/herbs need to be added. It was kind of bland...but did taste better the next day.
