Tofu Parmigiana

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2012
I will be making this again. I omitted the step where you place it back in water, and I baked at 350 for 15 minutes on each side instead of frying. Drizzled about a tbsp of olive oil on top when I turned it over in the oven. Omitted the mozzarella, and it was still very good. I would have preferred there to be a little more sauce, but my husband liked that it was not very saucy. Thanks for the great recipe! It was the first time that I ever cooked with tofu. :)

Make Ahead Lunch Wraps

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2011
I have made this recipe many times. It is a favorite of my husband's, who eats them for lunch after heating on our George Forman grill. Thanks for sharing!!!

Cranberry Nut Bark

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2010
Simple and stress-free. Will definitely be making this again. Looked great divided into clear cello bags for the neighbors, made into a packet and wrapped with twine. Tasted great and was different from the normal Christmas candy. Thanks for sharing!!

Sorry, will not be making this again. Too much time and trouble for a bland result.

Hands down the best green bean casserole I've ever made. I've made it several times now and it will be on my regular rotation. Thanks for sharing!

Strawberry Salad

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2009
I must have done something wrong with this. The angel food cake turned into mush even though I thought I had waited long enough to mix it in. Two different people said it looked like pink brains. Taste was ok, but the consistency with the mushed cake was not appealing.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2009
I cannot say enough about this recipe. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would. The only thing I do differently is use mild pork sausage instead of turkey sausage, and poultry seasoning for the herbs. I have made it several times, and don't see myself getting tired of it anytime soon. It is such a great blend of sweet and savory. My husband, who does not usually eat stuffing, goes back for seconds and can't wait until I make it again.

Angel Chicken Pasta

Love this recipe. Very good comfort food. I use the variation listed in the reviews using the slow cooker, except I half it, and it's enough to feed my family with leftovers.

Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2006
Made this for a barbecue I went to over the weekend. Every bite was eaten! Decided to use sugar-coated pecans (recipe on this site) instead of almonds. I also added a 4 oz. container of crumbled blue cheese. Excellent!
