Vegetable Soup II

This is my favorite vegetable soup. I also add 2 gloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of old bay seasoning and 1 lb of crab meat. I didn't have barley this time so I doubled the pasta. These few tweaks make it taste more like Maryland Crab soup. Today is the perfect day for this soup cause its rainy and gloomy here in PA.

Szechwan Shrimp

I made this for my husband the first time I had him over for dinner. It was his birthday and I wanted to make something special, this was PERFECT! It was easy to make and it looked like I slaved over the stove. I served it over white rice and broc. I didn't have the green onions and so I used an onion instead and I doubled the ingredients for the sauce.

Italian Wedding Soup I

I just made this recipe and it's delicious! I used spinach and I had to add more chicken broth 3 cups because the orzo sucked up all the broth...I can't wait for my family to try this. It's fabulous. I need to go and get a piece of crusty bread to along with it for dunkin!
