Slow Cooker Lasagna

This was very easy to make, and these days with busy schedules just what I need. I followed the recipe exactly as written and have to agree with others it is a bit dry. Next time I will add more tomato sauce, but will definetaly make again.

Armenian Shish Kabob

Made this recipe for company last night, everyone loved it including my husband who doesn"t like lamb. I did not use a leg of lamb, just got lamb cubes from Whole Foods butcher, just made it easier. Definetaly will make again!!

Chicken In Basil Cream

This meal was awesome. I pounded the chicken breasts to make them thinner, and doubled the sauce except the pimento and served with pasta. Everyone loved it! Easily could feed 6 people, we had quite a bit of leftover. If you are a wine drinker it went great with champagne. Good enough to serve company!!!

Pat's Baked Beans

These beans are great and so easy to make. I used to make my beans from scratch but with limited time before a big party I decided to try these. They were a big hit, everyone loved them! I made them the day before and just popped them in the oven to reheat the day of the party. Excellent!

Renaissance Stuffed Mushrooms

Better the second day! These mushrooms were easy to make, but not a big hit at the party, so there were quite a few left over. They were very bland with not much flovor. We heated them up the next day and they were much better!! Next time I will make them the day before and just heat them before serving.

Pumpkin Cheesecake I

This was an awesome dessert! I followed the directions, made no changes and it came out perfect. Although there was a regular pumpkin pie there also, no one touched it, and they all raved about the Pumpkin Cheesecake. I will definately serve this again!

Chinese Cabbage Salad I

OK I wasn't so sure about this recipe...it sounded alittle weird, but I was thinking it might go good with the Oriental Sparerib recipe I was using that I also got from Allrecipes. Well...everyone, and I mean even the fussy eaters loved it!! It went great with the ribs and my husband and were dissappointed that there wasn't any leftover for the next day.

Chinese Spareribs

These ribs were GREAT! Easy to make and all my guests loved them. I made them ahead of time in the oven and when it was time for dinner I put them on the grill for 5 minutes to heat them up and brown them. I'll definetely make them again.

After-Thanksgiving Turkey Soup

This soup was great! Easy to make and everyone loved it. I did use fat free Half and Half to cut down on the calories. When I make it again I will cut back on the butter, as 1 cup was not really necessary.

Perfect Pumpkin Pie

I served this pie for dessert on Thanksgiving.It was very easy and quick to make. My guests really liked it but I thought it needed more spices as others have said. I am not one who likes a strong flavored pumpkin pie as I like the flavor of the pumpkin but this needed more. Maybe half again the amount. I will definetly make it again just with more spices.

Barbecue Ribs

These ribs were awesome. I put the whole rack in a foil oven bag and cooked them for a couple of hours until fork tender the day before. The day I was serving I made the sauce, cut the ribs into individual pieces and poured the sauce on top before placing them on grill basting with excess sauce. Everyone raved about them. I'll definetly make the again.
