Roasted Red Pepper Cream Sauce
this recipe is FANTASTIC. I don't really like bell peppers. But I belong to a food co-op and I recieved 13 of these suckers and needed to think up something different to make with them. I used 4 of them for this recipe...OMG Its my new favorite sauce. I couldnt stop eating it last night, in fact I licked the spoon after I put the left overs away. ITS FANTASTIC. I only changed a few things because of what I had on hand 1. I used dried basil 2. used whole milk and some flour instead of half and half 3. used parm cheese 4. used only 1 T of butter. Served over pasta and with Fish! YUMMMM!!! I cant wait to eat it again tonight and I cant wait to make it again!! SOOOO easy! Make this sauce, you will NOT regret it!

Hot Onion Dip
i follow this recipe to the t...although sometimes i do use an italian cheese blend. I get RAVE reviews everytime I make it. I bake it in the pampered chef mini baker stoneware...its great because it keeps it warm longer! This dip is soooooooooooooo good and so easy to make! everyone ate this with chips and veggies and I even saw some people putting it on their tacos...very versatile!

Cabbage Beef Soup
I feel almost as though I should rate this recipe as I did not follow is exactly. In fact I basically only used it as a base/ IDEA for a recipe. I added A LOT to it because I was not in the mood for runny and I wanted something thicker. I was craving cabbage and chili type dinner. I added pinto and black beans as i do not like kidney beans, 3/4 of a can of corn (used the rest for corn bread), 8oz of tomato sauce, one can of diced tomatoes, small zucchini, and 1 cup of rice and i used chicken stock instead of the beef cubes and water because i had some on hand that needed to be used up. it tasted sooooooooooo good. I just melted some cheese on it. I cant wait for the left overs at lunch
