One of my family's favorites. Like the others have said, black beans are tastier than kidney beans in this one, and it helps to pre-mash them. I usually drain the beans and put them in a microwave safe bowl, microwave them for about 60 seconds, and then mash them with a fork. I'm not a big fan of mustard, but it adds a nice flavor to the recipe. It's great for my vegetarian friends, and you can also make it vegan if you omit the cheese and check the ingredients on the soy sauce. They freeze pretty well, too.
