Moroccan Tagine
added 1 t cinnamon & 1 t cumin. subbed chicken stok for vegetable broth....amazing!

West African Vegetable Stew
super yum. diced onions, cubed sweet potato, doubled cinnamon, add salt and pepper, and used 2 cans of chicken broth. I was worried about the raisins, but it really added a great flavor, so definitely add them!

Apple Strudel Muffins
I made all the suggested changes: used 1 grated apple, 1 chopped apple, added cinnamon to the batter, did 1/2 brown sugar, 1/2 white.....and honestly I found these REALLY dry....like have to add butter or take a sip of coffee after each bit. Disappointed, but my husband liked them because they were so sweet.
