About this Cook
I'm 16 years old. I speak French, English, and ASL. I like reading, and listening to music. I love The Number 12 Looks Like you, Drop Dead Gorgeous, Evergreen Terrace, The Devil Wears Prada, and other similar bands. I really enjoy going to concerts, and can often be seen roaming the streets downtown at night.
My favorite things to cook
I hate baking and doing things that involve a pot. Recipes that require a wok or frying pan appeal to me. I am a vegetarian but I don't scout out for vegetarian recipes. I just substitute meat recipes that I find appealing with tofu.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My family is french and they adore making tourtiere. Unforunately, since I have stopped eating meat, I haven't been able to have it in a while.

Chicken Diablo
I used half of the suggested amount of hot pepper sauce with tabasco sauce and I found it quite spicy. I used cubed tofu instead of chicken and used enough rice that when mixed together it was a bit like a jambalaya. I poured some Chunky Blue Dressing ontop and it was great. It was like eating a plate of Buffalo Wings.

Honey Mustard Tofu
I really liked this. Maybe next time I will add a bit less mustard but I really did like it. Normally with meals that are full of flavour, I tire of them before even finishing what is infront of me but I kept eating this.

Avocado Dessert
It was tasty for a few spoonfuls but I started becoming overwhelmed by the sugar after a few extra bites. I had some slices of kiwi around the bowl I was eating it in for decoration. I tried crushing it and putting it in the dessert itself, and it added a tangy touch.
