Christmas Morning Wife Saver (Breakfast Casserole)
This recipe lends itself to customizing. I liked the ratio of egg/milk custard mixture to bread. I used cubed ham and grated cheddar instead of sliced and I reduced the worcestershire sauce to 1/2 tsp. When I make this again, I would omit the salt. For my taste the ham added enough salt. I really liked the addition of the onion and peppers for flavor and I enjoyed the crunchy topping of corn flakes. I did reduce the butter, also.

My Kid's Favorite Pork Chops
This is a very good, simple way to do pork chops. I will definitely make this again. I generally followed the recipe except that I sauteed the onions after browning the chops in order to soften them. I also reduced the beer by boiling it to about 1/2 before adding the barbecue sauce. When I make this again, I may omit the steak seasoning. I would only use the seasoning if I had a very mild barbecue sauce.

Chicken Pasta Salad II
I made this for my family omitting the mushrooms and using black olives instead of green. Everyone enjoyed it. It is very versatile. It is my go to recipe for pasta salad now. I liked the combination of mayo and Italian dressing. It is more mellow than a straight Italian dressing and has more zip than straight mayo.
