Quinoa Pilaf with Shredded Chicken
I liked this recipe and I'm new at quinoa. I did add garlic powder, deleted the sage and replaced a bit of the water with cream of chicken soup (not condensed) while slightly increasing liquid to 2 1/4. Speaking as someone who is trying to like quinoa and hasn't fallen in love with previous recipes, this is one my teens and I would eat again. I was creamy like a risotto.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
I have tried several similar recipes only to be disappointed each time. But I gave it one more try and hit gold. This is fabulous. I browned the meat after rubbing on a flour spice blend. I added some minced garlic to the soup. Then I changed the 1 1/4 cups water to be 1 cup beef broth with 1/4 cup red wine.. Then transfered to the crock pot and added 2 cups cream mushroom soup, teaspoon minced garlic, sprinkle of onion flakes, 1 cup beef broth and 1/4 cup of merlot. I sprinkled most of a package of Liptons Onions soup on top. Cooked on auto feature - so high for the first hours and then low til serving time. I had to thicken the gravy but very tender and very delicious pot roast!

Key Lime Pie VII
This was wonderful. I'm picky about my key lime pies, and was delighted by the tart lime taste paired with the creamy sweetness in this pie. The flavors melded well. I used two cans of condensed milk. I ran out of key limes and had to use bottled key lime juice for part of the amount and it was still wonderful. Everyone fought over extra pieces of pie.
