I teach cooking classes for high schoolers and this was a HUGE hit! It was a 3 day lab..day 1 - sauce, day 2 - we used the "basic pasta" recipe on here to make the noodles, then layered it, day 3 - we baked it. The kids scarfed it down! Thank you for sharing!

Dog Treats I

Not that I have tasted these but my dog went CRAZY for them... used chicken bouillon instead of beef. Great recipe!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Oh my gosh these are amazing! I was shocked at how much vanilla gets added but these are so awesome! My batch only made 14 cookies, but they are giant. ....I teach cooking in high school and all the students and staff have been saying that these are the BEST chocolate chip cookies they have ever tasted! Thanks for such a great recipe. If you dont like these...you need to measure properly and follow directions. These cookies are amazing.

Mocha Ricotta Creme

My boyfriend and I LOVE this recipe... we try not to eat it too much though cause we are afraid that we will get sick of it. You can also leave out the cocoa and coffee to make it just vanilla-and you can try that also with substituting vanilla with almond flavoring. I always sweeten with splenda instead of sugar.

Cream Cheese Kolacky

These were so yummy - they were time consuming but everyone raved about them. Just make sure the corners are really sealed or else they will come apart in the oven.

Banana Cream Pie V

This was delicious! It was my first meringue pie and I didnt have enough sugar so I substituted with Splenda and it still came out perfect! I also used the microwave to make the filling instead of the stove top and it worked perfectly!
