This is great, I've made it several times and I e-mailed it to my mom and she loves it too ! I'm looking for a way to make low calorie creamy cucumber salad dressing so I can make it low calorie as well. It's definitely the best chicken salad I've ever tasted.

Miracle Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2004
This is excellent, my wife likes sweet & sour soup when we go out for asian food and this tastes just like sweet & sour except for all the additional vegetables, I made it twice in one week. Will definitely make it over and over again. I haven't noticed any weight loss yet.

This is excellent, I have made this about a half a dozen times and have found that you can vary the heat and taste by changing salsa's and try mild, medium and hot salsa's to get it to your liking.

This was great. I will definitely make this again. I did not remove the green pepper, I diced it and left it in. Everything else made it a memory recipe to make over and over. Thanks

Fresh Salsa I

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2006
This is fantastic, I had to reduce the amount of Jalapenos down to 2 and cut back the garlic to 2 or 3 cloves. My wife loves it so much she said that she doesn't need chips, she could just drink it from the jar. I do prefer not to process it to a liquid as I like Salsa to be a little chunky.

Best Ever Tuna Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2008
It took a little longer to throw it all together, but once you start eating it, it's hard to stop. I followed the recipe to the letter but added some diced Pimentos. The taste makes it a keeper for my family. Thanks.

This was astounding, I made it for a family get together and everybody was blown away. I've made it again two other times. I did use canned petite diced tomatoes (drained),added a little diced onion and a couple of tablespoons of Capers then melted Havarti cheese over it. It's definately a keeper.

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2010
This was good, I added 1/2 cup of diced onions, 1 cup of diced green bell pepper. I cut the garlic back to 4 cloves and I added 16 oz of sliced mushrooms during the last 20 minutes. I think next time I may add a can of tomato sauce as the sauce seemed a little thin.I added dice onion and about a teaspoon of hamburger grill seasoning to meatballs.

I made these for a Thanksgiving desert, because a pecan pie just had too many calories. Now my inlaws expect me to bring to every get together. I've even made a batch for my daughter and her fiance to take home to North Carolina. Everybody loves them.
