E-Z Drop Biscuits
Yummy! 2nd time making these I omitted cream of tartar, and added 3/4 c. shredded Colby jack, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and dried parsley. I also subbed 1/2 of the flour with white whole wheat flour. 5 stars for both original recipe and my modified version :)

Sarah's Rice Pilaf
Great rice pilaf! I made it almost as stated - toasted the rice with the orzo instead of adding at the end - and it was so good! I doubled the recipe and it made a LOT. We had it with grilled salmon - it was a good combo, but next time I think I'll try it with roasted chicken.

Chicken Pot Pie IX
Great pot pie recipe! What I did differently: I made my own crust (took less than 10 minutes and three ingredients), left out the celery and celery salt, added two small cubed potatoes to the carrots, seasoned the water I cooked the chicken/veggies in (kosher salt, pepper, bay leaf) and then used that broth to make the sauce. I also heated my frozen peas by cooking them with the sauteed onions. Finally, I poured the sauce over the filling and stirred before putting into pie crust(s) - I made individual pies and a full size one.
