Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Reviewed: Jun. 7, 2005
Not a big fudge fan but wanted something chocolaty, very easy. I used 1/2 pkg large marshmallows instead of creme (did'nt have any) forgot the vanilla, and more milk than semi, and some butterscotch to make 3 c. turned out just just fine.

Has anyone else looked at the nutrional facts on this recipe? I'm sure it is good, however, it's a heart attack on a plate.

Clam Linguine

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2005
I really changed this recipe to reduce the fat content. I cut the butter and oil to 1 T. each, and it was fine. Doubled recipe, used 2 can diced tomatoes, one Italian, 2 cans clams. Sauted garlic and some onion, til tender, added 1 can tomatoes pureed, 1 can whole, clam juice, 2 bay leaves, thyme and oregano, salt and pepper. Simmered, then whizzed 3/4 to make it smoother. Good flavor but I may stick with white sauce.

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2005
I added 1 tsp cinnamon to the batter and baked for 40 minutes. Very dry, might be the kind of cake to eat warm with ice cream. Cooled off not so great. won't make this again. :(

Garlic Pasta

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2005
I used a small palm full of spices, 1/2 the red pepper and parm. It would have been better if I wasn't so chicken with the red pepper. My fault, I'll try it again.

Asian Roll Lettuce Wrap

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2005
Wow were these ever messy..........but GOOD!!! Next time I wouldn't bother with making meatballs, just brown it all after seasoning. Even hubby who lets nothing green but M&M's pass his lips ate them, WITH the lettuce. AND said they were good. Almost feel off the stool.............

Wow! were these great.....only thing I'd do is cut back more dramatically on the salt, I did to 1 tsp, and it could have been even less.

Favorite Hamburger Bites

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2005
First off, I've been making them for years. Don't add the minced onion, just mix,2T. mayo is all you need,if you can find Pepperidge farm dinner rolls(12 mini rolls to a pkg) this recipe will fill three of these. Just slice the whole bunch in 1/2, keeping them intact, spread, wrap in foil, and heat. These are just like White Castle and are suppose to be VERY oniony, so if you don't like onions, pick another recipe.
