Delicious! just like mom used to make. I must have had more lettuce than called for, I think it could have used more dressing. My kids would'nt touch it but they are too young to appreciate it.

Very good, different flavor. A little too salty, and a bit too much hot sauce for my taste. otherwise a good recipe.

Swedish Meatballs I

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2001
On advice from others I added salt, pepper, parsley and a hefty dash of allspice to the meatball mixture. I also used 1 can cr. celery and 1 cr. chicken, 1 15oz can evaporated milk, + 1 c. milk and 1 can mushrooms, drained. Simmered it in the crockpot , excellent recipe, would absolutly make it again. Thanks Jessica!

Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp and Basil

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2001
I used 2 regular diced tomatoes for the 4 stewed tomatoes and it was plenty.I also did not use all the oil , 1 T. in pasta, and two T. in saute pan, also plenty. Excellent flavor, would be equally great w/o the shrimp.
