Bacon for the Family or a Crowd
This is a great way to make bacon. Since I found out about this method, I've never gone back to the frying pan. I don't bother to line the pan with foil. I've also found that you can really crowd the bacon in--it shrinks as it cooks.

Traditional Indiana Breaded Tenderloin Sandwich
My husband and kids love this. He grew up in Indiana and he says it tastes just like home. I didn't change a thing in the recipe.

Pumpkin Pancakes
These were okay. The pancakes were too thick for my liking and the flavor a little too subtle. I think I'll keep looking for a recipe more suited to my tastes.
