Super salad, loved it. Sliced chicken breast and cooked in olive oil and added to the salad. Will be making this one over and over.

5 star recipe! Everybody loved this and wanted the recipe. Love the idea of making it 2 weeks ahead of time! You can't get flavor like this at every fast food place.

Poppy Seed Salad Dressing

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2009
Wow! Love this dressing! Did not change a thing, love the way it stays mixed and clings to the salad. It is sweet but I don't think I would put less sugar in it. This ones a keeper!

Love these meatballs! Did not make any changes, once browned I cooked them in a brown gravy to serve over rice. Yum!

OMG Good! Very rich, very easy to make, we had it on waffles but I would like it better on vanilla ice cream. I thought it taste a lot like the dulce de leche.

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2009
Good and easy recipe. I mixed a can of cranberry sauce with the onion soup mix and then put it in the slow cooker, it made a wonderful sauce to serve over the turkey once it was sliced. I found this recipe in a cookbook that said you could put a frozen breast in the slow cooker and cook on high 2 hours and then low 10 hours more.

We loved the flavor this marinade gave the chicken breast. It sat in the marinade for about 4 hours and was perfect. Another good recipe for my box!

Love this idea... We made hotdogs using the cream cheese idea on the buns and the "Sauerkraut Hot Dog Topping" recipe from this site. Made a very very good hotdog!

Sweet Grilled Shrimp Skewers

Reviewed: Jul. 12, 2007
DH gives this one 5 stars, I would give it 4 stars. It was good, very sweet. I think the flavor was good but it overpowered the shrimp flavor and I love the flavor of shrimp.

Sarge's EZ Pulled Pork BBQ

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2007
Fantastic! This pulled pork is so easy and so good. Put this one in your recipe book, you are going to want to use it often. Followed the recipe and when done I drained it and added back just a little of the juice, added about a cup or so of Bar-b-q sauce. Served on buns. Excellant meal!

Awesome Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2007
I laughed when I saw a recipe for grilled cheese, then I decided to try the method of cooking used in this recipe. I give the idea of baking in the oven 5 stars. My way was good but very greasey. I love the way the sandwiches turn out. If you have not tried this I would say try it! This is the only way I will make grilled cheese from now on.

Pineapple Upside-Down Cake VII

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2007
Very good cake. I put it in a 10 inch iron skillet and it cooked for 65 minutes. I think next time I will try it in a 9x13 to cut down on the cook time and so the top cake part won't get so brown. I used pineapple juice instead of water.

Mexican Shepherd's Pie

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2007
Yum! Loved this. I made it in the 9x13 and doubled the cornbread as reviews suggested. Also put 1 1/2 cups cheese on top of meat/corn layers. Next time I may put 2 cans of corn and maybe go with 2 lbs of ground beef. Don't feel like it really needed the black olives.
