Spaghetti Sauce II

I doubled the garlic and the onion, and added salt, left out the pepper and it was THE Best !!! Used 1/2 cup wine Too.

Beef and Spinach Curry

loved this recipe, but tweeked it a bit. used skirt steak, used less chilis, I am allergic to coconut so used 1/2n1/2 with coconut flavoring and added the rice to the dish.

Simple Sicilian Salad Dressing

Yes, add the garlic and let it sit for at least a hour. I love this for not only my salad but I dip my steak into it. Yummy!

These are sooooo, good you can't get enough of them you want to make them for everyone. I have made them 3 times in the last month. The only change I made was to use more lemon slices and I added 1/4 cup water

Love Love Love it! just twicked it a little. Increased butter to 1/2 cup and used 1 cup bread crumbs and 1 cup real grated parmesan. served with steamed veggies

Slow Cooker Cassoulet

I tweaked this. Used picked rotisserie chicken and bulk chicken sausage and chicken broth instead of wine. Added chicken about an hour before done and cooked till thickened.
