Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

Leek and Cheese Quiche

I made 1 of these for A church function. It never got there it was so beautiful to look at and smelled so good we kept it for ourselves. It tasted so good we plan on making it next year for Church.

Easy Broccoli Quiche

I made 2 of these for a church function and they went fast. They are so good. I did change the cheese from Mozzerella to sharp cheddar.

Chile Pasta Salad

We really liked this recipe, for two reasons. First my Husband can make it and it is a fast recipe. I changed the yogurt to no fat Lemon yogurt. 1 6oz. cotainer and 1/2 tea. more dijon. Yummy. We make 4 servings. I have what is left(if lucky) for lunch the next day.

Asparagus and Tomato Salad with Yogurt-Cheese Dressing

I made it the way the recipe calls for and it had no taste. So I added a touch of lemon and garlic and it was much better oh, and add asiago cheese.

Baked Milk Fish

This was bland so I deleted the parsley and used a handful of fresh Dill, Poured melted butter over the fish and cut down on the Milk and lemon pepper. Use a bunch of green onions instead of regular and salt and pepper and cut out the juice. In short made a new one from and orignal recipe.

Easy Meatloaf

Amish Slaw

The only change to the recipe was,I used Dole Slaw mix instead of the head of cabbage. My Neighbors went nuts over this. It is good on fish sandwiches.

Scalloped Tomatoes

I have been making this for years. My 2 year old grandaughter can't get enough of them. We have to remove them from the table or they are all she will eat. I use part of the butter to dab on top.

Haddock Au Gratin

My husband and I loved this. The sauce didn't seem like enough but once it starts to bake it smooths out and is very tasty. The only change I made was hot Paprika, and all cheddar.

Beef and Spinach Curry

loved this recipe, but tweeked it a bit. used skirt steak, used less chilis, I am allergic to coconut so used 1/2n1/2 with coconut flavoring and added the rice to the dish.

Simple Sicilian Salad Dressing

Yes, add the garlic and let it sit for at least a hour. I love this for not only my salad but I dip my steak into it. Yummy!
