Pretzel Bread

Turned out very well. I did cheat and make my dough in the breadmaker, then proceeded with the boiling part. Nice texture, soft but a little chewy and a nice crust. Good recipe.

Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie

This is truly a wonderful, old-fashioned pie. I changed it by substituting corn starch for flour, but everything else the same as written. Not over the top sweet, just right. Thank you for this classic recipe Carol.
