Chicken Spaghetti Casserole I
Very bland. The only change I made was I used 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup and used chicken broth instead of wine. I will make again, probably with a can of Rotel to spice it up.

Chili Rubbed Pork Tenderloin With Apricot Ginger Glaze
This was DELICIOUS! I followed the recipe, except I used powdered ginger instead of fresh, dried cilantro instead of fresh and bottled lime juice. Per a couple of reviewers, I cut the BBQ sauce a bit. I cut the glaze recipe in half for one tenderloin, but left the rub the same amt as for 2, per another reviewer. I marinated 24 hours. I baked it at 350 for a total of 40 minutes, putting the glaze on the last 10 minutes. Looking forward to having it again!

Chicken Spaghetti
Thia was great! I fixed with a few of the same changes as "MomTo3Gals". !! (sauted 1/2 white onion, the bell pepper and some minced garlic in extra virgin olive oil before I added it to the spaghetti. I used a large 13oz box of whole wheat spaghetti and added some more shredded cheese to the top of the spaghetti once it was all mixed together and sitting nicely in the casserole dish or 13x9 pan before I baked. I baked covered with foil at 350 for 25 minutes and uncovered for 5 minutes more.) It was a huge hit with company we had over! Thank you Kimber and Momt03girls!
