Easy Creamy Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2009
Delicious! So tender. Used low sodium cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup. Pork fell apart while trying to slice while hot but easy to slice when cool. Leftovers make great sandwiches.

Made these 3 times in the last 3 weeks. Make extra redskins when boiling them for potato salad. Bake them in the oven as suggested. Really like the subtle sweetness of honey. Thanks

Looked up recipes to use fresh basil and parsley and found this egg salad. Glad I tried it. Left out hot pepper and decreased mustard by half. Substituted garlic powder for garlic salt. Will make again. Basil flavor is so good.

Southern-Style Meat Sauce

Reviewed: May 12, 2009
Only used 1 lb. ground beef and it still turned out great. Cut the amount of oregano and basil in half, added a can of beef broth as recommended by some and only added 1 tsp salt and 1 tsp. pepper. Didn't have red pepper flakes. Also used Splenda instead of sugar. We loved it.

Made this for the whole family, age range 71-9. Everyone liked it. They requested it again two days later. I substitued cheddar and colby crumbles for 1/3 of the cheese. Will divide it in half for just hubby and me. Thanks for this keeper recipe. Great comfort food.

Spaghetti Soup

Tastes like canned vegetable soup. It takes a lot of prep time to prepare it. I'm sure it's healthy though and that's worth three stars.
