I finally had bananas that were ripe enough to try this recipe. It was super moist and yummy. You definitely need to bake it the whole hour. I followed advice of fellow recipe users and had great success. (Replaced margarine with butter, used 1/2 white sugar and 1/2 brown, added 1/2 t vanilla, cut the flour down to 1&1/2 cups)
