Juiciest Hamburgers Ever

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2011
These were very good. I put in a little less of the bread crumbs and I used regular milk. I also didn't put in the egg white like others suggested. Thanks for sharing!

Layered Macaroni Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2011
I am a new bride and I loved the caption on this one, so I thought I would try it. My husband loved it! I will definitely make it again. The only ingredient I didn't have was the tomato paste, so I didn't add it. It didn't seem to affect the recipe. I also used fresh basil. Thanks for sharing!

LOVED THESE! I used the pineapple cake mix like others suggested. I also put them in cupcake papers and they turned out great! I have been asked for the recipe many times.

Pizza Pinwheels

Reviewed: May 24, 2011
This recpie is a good starting point. My fiance loved it, but I made some additions to it to give it some flavor. He said it tasted almost like a calzone, with no ricotta. I used the canned dough that comes out with no seams. I spread the sauce as the bottom layer of the dough, then sprinkled parmesean cheese on it, and then put pepperoni and fresh mozzaerlla cheese on it. I rolled it up, pinched it closed, then put some melted butter on top and sprinkled it with Italian seasoning and garlic salt. It turned out fantastic.

Slow Cooker Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: May 18, 2011
Fantastice recipe! BEWARE: Cook on low instead of high. I cooked it on high and it was done in 2 hours and the meat did not absorb the flavor very well. So we used the sauce as a dipping sauce and it was fine. Also, I did not have fresh red chile pepper so I used 1/2 t of red pepper flakes. It was more than enough and gave it a little heat. Thanks for the recipe!

Pesto Cheesy Chicken Rolls

Reviewed: May 17, 2011
This recipe was really good. I followed the other users advice and just put the pesto and mozzarella cheese on top and covered it to bake. I also seasonsed the chicken a little with salt, pepper, and garlic powder before adding the pesto and cheese. It turned out pretty good and I will definitely make it again.

Scalloped Potatoes and Hamburger

Reviewed: May 10, 2011
I'm not sure why this has super high ratings from some people. It was very bland and not a dish that I would ever think of making again. I even added garlic and cheddar cheese like some people suggested! It was edible, just very boring and not much flavor.

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2010
I think this may be the best banana bread I have ever had.... even tops my moms! Sorry mom! I cut the recipe in half and it tasted just fine. Will definitely turn to this recipe again and again. (I used whole wheat flour and it was absolutely scrumptious.)

Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2010
I really liked this recipe. I did add some thyme and garlic salt like the review suggested. I also mixed half panko and seasoned whole wheat bread crumbs... just trying to use up things mainly. Loved it! (I baked it like others suggested and it turned out lovely.)

Banana Split Cake IV

Reviewed: Jun. 17, 2010
This recipe has great potential... and I'm glad I listened to my baking/cooking instincts. The cream cheese layer as posted is way too sticky and overpowering sweet. I fell back on my staple cream cheese/powdered sugar recipe and doubled it for this cake. I'm glad I did! I used the remaining of the stick of butter (6 T) to make the crust and baked it like suggested. I also added chocolate chips and walnuts to the top. I got rave reviews and a request for the recipe. Thanks for sharing an eggless version!

Candy Bar Pie

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2010
I was looking for something light with chocolate and caramel goodness. I decided to try this recipe and make one pudding layer chocolate and one layer caramel. I also used Caramello as my candy bar. My was this exactly what I was looking for! Instead of stirring in the candy pieces to the cream cheese layer, I would place the candy chunks where you want them so they don't clump together. (I originally tried to make homemade caramel pudding and it was a disaster. So in the end I used one box of vanilla pudding and added 2 &1/2 tablespoons of caramel sundae sauce. It tasted exactly how I was hoping.)

The Best Banana Bread

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2010
I finally had bananas that were ripe enough to try this recipe. It was super moist and yummy. You definitely need to bake it the whole hour. I followed advice of fellow recipe users and had great success. (Replaced margarine with butter, used 1/2 white sugar and 1/2 brown, added 1/2 t vanilla, cut the flour down to 1&1/2 cups)

Green Banana Fries

These fries weren't bad... but the description is a little deceiving. They still taste like bananas, don’t be fooled. Your kids won’t think you went to McDonald’s!

Banana Cake IX

Reviewed: May 15, 2010
Amazing cake! I know my family is going to love this! I used butter instead of shortening. I also didn't know what 3 banans really meant, as they are all different sizes. So I decided to take a guess and use 2 cups of mashed bananas. I will use that much again! I also toasted some walnuts and sprinkled on top before baking. It took 35 minutes and I used a slightly smaller glass baking dish to get a higher cake (11x 7) or 2.2 quart. You won't be disappointed!

Fresh Strawberry Upside Down Cake

Reviewed: May 9, 2010
I couldn't get the center of the cake to cook. I see that another user had this same problem. I finally had to take it out of the oven because I was afraid that the outside edges of the cake would over dry and maybe burn. I am rating it 3 stars because the outside edge of the cake was good but we couldn't eat the center. I probably won't make this again.
