Veal Scallopini
excellent dish, the only thing I did differently was add a little bit of thyme, basil, and garlic salt to the flour! It was so yummy, and my hubby loved it!! Will definitely be making this again!

Pork Chops with Scalloped Potatoes
I'm not a huge pork fan, but this recipe was very bland to me and my husband, probably will not make again!
