For my day job, I am an Assessment Coordinator for a school district in the city I live in. For my night job, I am a wife and mother of 4 boys and one girl. One of my favorite past times is cooking (except I hate to do dishes).

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies IV
Awesome oatmeal cookie recipe. The only thing I did differently was use half butter and half shortening. I actually made it twice. The second time, I omitted the cinnamon/raisins, and substituted chocolate chips. Yummy!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
I made up the dry ingredients and put them in a ziploc bag to take camping with us. All we had to do was mix in the wet ingredients, bake and we had a fantastic dessert! Thanks for sharing it!

Sweet Corn Cake
Very Yummy and easy to make. I did not have whipping cream, so used sour cream instead!
