Chocolate Caramel Brownies

Only change I make to this recipe (known as Killer Brownies at our summer camp) is to use caramel ice cream topping rather than go to the bother of melting caramels. Also can use favorite brownie mix instead of German chocolate cake mix.

Guinness(R) Corned Beef

The absolute BEST!! Easy and delicious. As a second generation American whose four grandparents emigrated from Ireland to America, I can honestly say I've had more than my fair share of corned beef on St. Patrick's Day. This recipe tops every last one!! And that's no blarney!!
