I love baking for Christmas. I have a son and a dog who are always hungry and I love trying new recipes. My favorite things to cook are cookies, cakes, candies, Italian dishes, mexican dishes and Asian dishes. Baking cookies, candy and baking cakes during the holidays, also the kids in the family get their favorite foods for their birthdays. I really want to get better at making yeast breads, I also want to try my hand at from scratch cakes. My first Thanksgiving my turkey kind of fell apart, but still very tasty, and another time I made cheesecake and forgot to add sugar to the recipe and had oreo and creamcheese cupcakes.
