I've never liked meatloaf before, but I loved this! I halved the recipe, added 1/4 c chopped onion, substituted garlic salt for reg salt and used half BBQ half ketchup for the topping. I used another reviewer's suggestion and took the meatloaf out when it hit 160 and covered it tight with foil until it reached the correct temp in order to keep it juicy.
