Oatmeal Peanut Butter Bars
Wonderful recipe. Probably would be good no matter what you did! Due to allergies, and cupboard situation I came up with the following which is Sooo delicious: almost 3/4 c. soy butter for peanut butter, honey for corn syrup, strong brewed coffee for vanila, frosted mini-wheats and multi-grain cheerios (crushed) plus 1c. wheat germ for the rolled oats, no brown sugar, milk-free spreadable margarine for the butter, no raisins, more choc. chips, no sunflower seeds. baked for 15 min. Super way to get rid of 'forgotten' cereal in the cupboard!

Everything Cookies II
Awesome ! I tried to make these healthier, and they are still so scrumptious! I reduced oil to 1/2 c. Used whole wheat flour, reduced sugars (ea.) by 1/4 c. or so, added 1/2 c. ground flax seed, and used only 1 c. of chocolate chips. Oh, and I didn't have coconut, so I skipped that. I think they're half-way healthy, and nothing wrong with the taste AT ALL! Thanks Jackie

Lentil Soup
delish ! At first I forgot the spinach and vinegar part, and started chowing... it was still good without that part! I doubled it, thankfully.
